Terra Verde Partners seeks investment opportunities with the following general characteristics:
- Revenues of $5 to $50 million
- Manufacturing or service businesses with commercially validated technology and located in the United States
- Healthy and performing businesses
- Corporate “orphans”/divisional carve-outs
- Under performing businesses requiring improvement
- Businesses seeking sale of a majority stake/LBO
- Businesses requiring growth capital
- Buy and build/consolidation strategies
Transaction Size
Terra Verde Partners seeks to invest between $1 million and $10 million per transaction. We will also partner with other like-minded investors.
