Living Earth is the largest recycler of green material and commercial manufacturer of environmentally responsible mulch, compost and soil in Texas.

In June 2011, Terra Verde Partners participated in the Living Earth buyout led by NGP Energy Technology Partners.

In November 2007, Terra Verde's partners sponsored and led the divisional carve-out and leveraged buyout of The LETCO Group, L.P. from Republic Services, Inc. (NYSE: RSG) creating a stand-alone business, Living Earth.

Since that time Living Earth has grown from 13 to 19 locations and enhanced its market leading position throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth and Houston metroplex areas.

In addition to our direct experience in the environmental sector, the founders of Terra Verde Partners have participated as principals in other transactions across a wide array of industries and transaction structures.
